The bomb basically uses the reverse of creating matter out of radiation. Due to the wave-particle duality of light radiation, we can separate the matter and anti-matter pair using gamma radiation, electrostatics, and use magnetostatics to keep the bomb from exploding until a given time has elapsed.

Gamma rays have frequencies above 10^{56} Hz.
